Welcome back, we have finally fixed your deposit problem. now you can smoothly deposit & withdraw from your regular account. if you have an account in close mode we will continue the processing from upcoming week. all kind of pending withdrawal for closing account is going to process after 1st week or JULY. for the deposite issue please check your account and try to deposit now.

We are getting back to business again from monday. we will plan to provide you deposit service for first as we can see beta testing result is very bad for deposit. currently all kind of withdraw is on hold due to liquidity. without receiving deposit it is very difficult to process withdrawal request. let us work and grow together from upcoming tuesday.
Update: Beta testing result 2 Jun, 25
We have completed the beta testing for our new API. Currently deposit is not working. However withdrawal is pending for manual review. Our developer is working for deposit solution. Close accounts still in same stage. 95% payment failed in test result. Some small adjustment is necessary which is also doing by our developer. We will notice it here as soon as possible.

Our payment partner integration has been done. Currently, we are going to start beta testing from today. Withdrawal and deposit is unlocked from today. For close account we will start processing from tomorrow. We thank you for the patience and being with us. We will reply all of your message soon.
Update: Payment partner update 21, May, 25
Recently we were working to change our payment partner. After hard work our developer set API with new payment partner. We will start processing deposit and withdrawal shortly from upcoming Monday. Hence, we have received a lot of message from users which replying is too late and difficult for replying every message. Please be noted we will be debugging the transaction tomorrow and possibly we will start processing from Friday or upcoming Monday. We appreciate your patience for the unwanted issue. Hopefully a better performance is coming soon.
Update: Coingate payment problem 9 l, May, 2025
Our payment partner coingate is unable to solved their payment API issue as a result we are changing to another payment company. We will use Blockchain or coin payment from upcoming week. Currently, our developer is working to integrate new payment API. As soon as it done we will continue your payment. All kind of deposit and withdrawal is unavailable untill API integration is complete. We hope it will be done in upcoming week or soon. We are sorry for the inconveniences for API related issue. We will update you once again when all is set.
Update: Payment API error , 3 May, 2025
In recent fracture our payment partner Coingate API is not working and all kind withdrawal, refunds payment has been stopped working. Coingate team is working since a week but they still now unable to identify the error as a result we are waiting for their updates. As soon as API payment solved your withdrawal and refunds will be continue again.
We will update a new message once it solved. Please stay tuned with us.
